Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we ensure that the product you receive matches the one shown in the picture. All our hair extension images are taken from the actual product. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, a sales receipt will be emailed to you automatically. You can also find your receipt by logging into your account and checking your order history.

How can I return an item?

You can return an item within 3 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our return policy. Please contact us on WhatsApp to initiate the return process.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
